There are dozens to hundreds of identifiable terpenes in cannabis depending on how the terpenes were extracted and how sensitive the extracting method was. Most cannabis product nevertheless has relatively high ratios of only a few terpenes (e.g., myrcene, limonene, pinene, caryophyllene, linalool and humulene) but their ratio varies with the strain and the method of extracting them and how fresh the product is.
